Norway May Cut CO2 by up to 80 pct by 2050

A government appointed commission in Norway has found that they can reduce their greenhouse gas emissions by up to 80% by the year 2050, and cheaply. The leader of the conference who is also a professor in economics at the Norwegian School of Management put it like this, "Cutting emissions … is important, it's feasible and it's dead cheap". Sounds good to me.
