Shanghai opens clean energy research center

China seems to be in the news a lot today. Shanghai hopes to increase their share of clean energy sources from 1/1000 to 1/100 by 2010, that’s less than 4 years from now for a 10 fold increase. A noble goal for sure, now we just need more of the world to follow suit.
