The video shows a blowtorch and a car powered by HHO gas, or water after it’s split through a simple and well-known process called electrolysis (read more about water electrolysis at WikiPedia.)
The video is cool and it shows the power of HHO but what is not mentioned is that it takes quite a lot of electricity to electrolyse water. Electricity that is usually created through the burning of fossil fuels. Is it a miracle fuel? Not likely, but this sure is a sweet video.
